DOW UAP-D166–D175 — AAWSAP and BAASS Contractor Records, 2008–2010
Dr. Voss's Analysis
The Release 07 AAWSAP group documents contractor activity rather than a government endorsement of every claim in the files. D166 contains MUFON reports prepared for BAASS. D167 proposes Project Capella, a UAP data warehouse, and D168 is a project management plan. Monthly reports D169–D171 and D173 cover staffing, contracts, databases, foreign records, and proposed work involving Brazil's Colares case. D174 is the Utah Ranch Investigation Report, describing BAASS field deployments, witness accounts, and experiments in March and April 2010. D175 assesses BAASS analytical capabilities. Together, the files show what the program collected and pursued, but their presence in the archive does not validate reported creatures, orbs, or other anomalous claims.
